Assembly is straightforward and typically takes around twenty to thirty minutes. Every model ships with clear graphic instructions, pre-sorted hardware, and the necessary hex wrench. Most mechanical hardware comes pre-assembled into the seat plate, meaning you only need to mount the backrest and arms.

What is the standard weight capacity of Ergohuman office chairs?

How does the dynamic lumbar support system function?

Yes, the dynamic lumbar cushion flexes automatically to cradle your lower spine as you shift positions. The lower contour curves forward to support the lumbar curve, providing steady relief whether sitting upright or reclining. You can also adjust the backrest height across multiple click-lock positions.

Is an all-mesh seat better than a padded leather cushion for long hours?

Breathable mesh seats excel at heat dissipation, whereas padded leather cushions provide softer pressure relief for sitting bones. High-grade mesh distributes weight evenly to reduce pressure points during warm seasons. If you appreciate gentle motion during breaks, checking out ergonomic rocking chairs can help you evaluate relaxing versus task-focused ergonomics.

Does Ergohuman include tilt tension and tilt lock mechanisms?

Yes, these chairs come equipped with intuitive synchro-tilt controls, infinite tilt locking, and resistance tension knobs. The tilt tension allows you to dial in how easily the backrest reclines based on your weight. You can secure the seat upright for typing or recline during phone calls.
